Class A – it includes modern premises constructed for future administrative and commercial activities. Their location, interior furnishing and equipment are designed to comply with the modern principles of administrative and commercial logistics such as proximity of main traffic arteries, possibility to adapt to any type of property, guarantees of parking and safety. They are located in zone A (Stefan cel Mare Bd. and neighboring streets, Columna, 31 August Str.)

Class B – complete similarity to class A, the only difference is location in zone B (Rascani Sector – Moskovei Bd., Botanica Sector – Dacia Bd., from Zelinski Str. to. Cuza Voda Str., Buiucani Sector – Creanga Str. to Belinski Str.).

Class C – the premises constructed in the 1990-s and reconstructed due to different reasons (insufficient number of gates, inconvenience of access roads, etc), which do not correspond to two or three parameters necessary for class A. The premises are located in zone A, B, C (Posta Veche and Telecentru)

Class D – total similarity to class C, though the premises have been majorly reconstructed.

 

*- the complexity of real property factors such as unique use, multitasking, difficulties on the real property market (there are no data for market analysis) adds + 15% to the specified price.
